12. What are the biggest puzzles in the present world’s politics?

　　a. Failure to find the theory of truth to resolve conflicts, and enable the world to acquire everlasting peace.
　　b. Failure to find the way to balance moral and substances (mental and material civilization).

Politicians, philosophers and scientists have not found a theory yet that supports balanced development of the society of human beings. In fact, this theory was expounded by Lao-Tzu, K'ung Fu-tzu(Confucius) as early as thousands of years ago, but later generations do not even recognize it.
